In addition to being the development force behind Maxwell Alley, Mark is the founder and CEO of CoolVines, a specialty wine, spirits, beer, and food retail business with 3 locations in Jersey City and Newark. Mark came to this role after 20 years of consulting and industry work, working with mid-size to Fortune 50 companies, as well as professional investors in the Private Equity and Hedge Fund sectors, always with the focus of transforming mediocre performance into top-tier performance. He holds a bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from the Wharton Business School. A passionate foodie and lover of all things flavorful, Mark has until now been a keen observer of the restaurant space from the other side of the table and is highly excited about his first foray into hospitality.
