Whether one of our steadily available House selections, or a glass from our rotating global selection of single varietals, blends, and sparklers, all are carefully chosen to complement the Chef’s kitchen creations.

A rigorously curated short-list of exquisite and sought-after wines, sourced in minute quantities, available until sold out. These wines represent an opportunity to explore, expand your palate, and acquire some bragging rights about “what you drank last night”!

A focused list of house cocktails—spirited, seasonal, and slightly off-center. Built with infused spirits, thoughtful modifiers, and a sense of play.
Made in Jersey
A combination of historical factors, including early immigration patterns, employment options and a flawed regulatory structure for liquor licensing, have put the culinary scene of New Jersey at a disadvantage compared to its neighboring states, particularly New York.
With Manhattan and even Brooklyn being just minutes away by Path Train, the demand for high caliber dining in Jersey City has historically been very low. But in the last decade we’ve seen the beginning of a change, with a number of venues opening that rival NYC’s better, if not best, restaurants.
We aim to build on the cultural strengths of Jersey with the aim of reaching the epicurean levels achieved across the river.
